Rolex Glidelock clasp
- The Glidelock clasp is mostly used on Rolex’s dive watches like the Submariner, DeepSea Sea-Dweller, and Sea-Dweller.
- The Glidelock clasp is much longer than most other Rolex clasps, but there is a good reason for this, which is to make room for the Glidelock mechanism inside the clasp.
- The Glidelock clasp is made for diving, and more specifically, to be able to adjust the bracelet to fit it on the outside of a swimsuit.This clasp allows you to adjust the size of the bracelet by about 20 mm in 2 mm increments.
Rolex Submariner Glidelock clasp
What’s the difference between the Rolex Submariner Glidelock Clasp and the Rolex Deepsea Glidelock Clasp?
The Submariner Glidelock clasp can only extend about 10-15mm max.
Rolex Deepsea Glidelock clasp
The Sea-Dweller Glidelock clasp can extend about 20-25mm. Not only slide out, but you can also open the folded buckle underneath.

The Oyster watch band
The Oyster is a classic design and one of the most common styles of bracelets. It features a three-link construction that gives it a stiff yet durable build. The Rolex Oyster watch band is very popular and can be found on many of the Rolex wristwatch such as the Submariner, Daytona and YachtMaster. The squarish links are 904L stainless steel. Oyster bracelets are available in brushed and polished finishes. Some Oyster bracelets are both brushed and polished, the outer links brushed while the middle links are polished. The Oyster bracelet is available in all types of metals as well as two-tone.
The Jubilee watch band
the Jubilee features a five-link construction. The Rolex Jubilee watch band was introduced in 1945 with the Rolex Datejust. The Jubilee bracelet is synonymous with luxury and very popular. The design and construction provide incredible style and a comfortable and fit. The Jubilee watch band is available in all types of metals as well as 2-tone (steel & gold) or all yellow gold, all rose gold etc.
The President watch band
The President is a variation of the Oyster. It also features a three-link construction. The difference is that the links are shorter, so it has more links overall. The result is a more fluid design. The Rolex President watch band is instantly recognizable however it’s only used two Rolex watches the Rolex President (Day-Date) and the Lady President. The balance of the bracelet results in a very comfortable and solid feel. The Rolex President bracelet is available in solid yellow gold, white gold, rose gold or platinum.
The Masterpiece watch band
The Masterpiece watch band was released in 1992 and features an innovative design. The Pearlmaster bracelet is only available on the Rolex Pearlmaster.
