Everything is shipped from mainland China, the fastest way is about 5-7 days to delivery. Flat rate shipping is about 2-4 weeks to delivery. Please understand there is NO next-day delivery service when you order from China.
Q. Can I use my original watch buckle if I order custom watch bands from you?
We do not include watch buckle for our watch bands. We always make the watch band fit your original clasp. If you currently have stainless steel bracelet, you can purchase a replacement buckle from us. Or we can include a standard pin buckle for you free.
Q. Do you include spring bar for the watch band I purchased?
Yes, 2*spring bars and 1*watchband replacement tool will be included free for every watch strap.
Q. How long should an alligator watch strap last?
normally 2-3 years

Or around 6 months to 1 year if you always wear the same straps daily. it depends if you are a sweaty person and your working area. Stay away from water or humidity will last longer. Q. Can I custom leather watch band? How much?
Every leather watch band is custom handmade, Different watchband cost differently. different materials the price will be different, the leather color, stitching color, oil edge, the lug width, and length all can be personalized without extra charge.
Q. Can I custom stainless steel bracelet or rubber watch bands?
I am sorry but only leather watch bands can be personalized. No stainless steel bracelet or rubber watchband. Unless you want large quantities, we can OEM for you if you could ship us the sample. The minimum quantity for stainless steel is 500 pcs / size and 300 pcs/ color for rubber strap + mold fee.
Q. Is there any problem with the border by sending alligator leather from China to my country?
Drwatchstrap guarantees delivery! if there is a problem with customs, please feel free to contact us. we can provide you with a commercial invoice with low value. If the package couldn’t be delivered we will either ship a replacement or refund your money. (Be sure to give us the correct address, it is not our responsibility if you give us the wrong address)
Q. How to maintain leather watch straps?
- Pls keep the leather strap dry and clearly which is the best method of maintenance;
- When you wear the watch, please keep it loose possibly, then it can be heat dispersion and ventilation preferably to reduce erosion of sweat;
- Leather is a natural material. The protective layer possibly is damaged by sweat, lubricant, perfume, and so on.
- Please do not use shoe polish or other leather care products to maintain the leather. Maybe it will damage the leather.
- Perfume and sweat lead to the major cause of the odor, so pls don’t wear perfume on the watchband.
- The watchband can restore the shimmer if you often wipe the watchband’s surface with a dry cloth.
*Kindly remind: Generally, the new watchband is slightly hard. It will be softer after wearing for a few of days. Please do not forcibly or reversely bend it.
Q. Can I wear a leather watch strap in the water?
Always avoid water. They will wear out and grow mold. Are Leather Watch Straps Waterproof? Leather watch band is just like a pair of leather shoes or leather jacket or leather car seats, Water can damage a leather watch strap and cause it to stain, discolor or deteriorate prematurely.
