Q. How long does it take for you to ship my order after payment? Can you ship it right away?

Every leather watch band is custom handmade, It takes about 1-2 weeks (depending on the customization that you want) to fulfill your order because our straps are crafted by hand. Your watchband will be sent out once they have been finished, so a little patience deserves the premium customized leather straps on your wrist. Flat rate shipping takes about 2-3 weeks to deliver, FedEx shipping about 7-10 days, and Aramex about 10-12 days.  We do not ship pacto the US APO/ FPO addresses. There are should be the physical address of the product delivery. for more information please check 'shipping & delivery'

Q. Where do you ship from?

Everything is shipped from mainland China, the fastest way is about 5-7 days to delivery. Flat rate shipping is about 2-3 weeks to delivery. Please understand there is NO next-day delivery service when you order from China.

Q. Do you include spring bars for the watch band I purchased?

Yes, 2*spring bars and 1*watchband replacement tool will be included free for every watch strap.

Q. What will you declare the package?

We always declare it as a "Leather bracelet" and value $10 to avoid duty tax. If you want us to declare any other value (usually for experienced customers) just let us know. But if you don't have experience, let us decide based on our experiences, usually, we declare between $10 - $30.

Yes! 100%.  And when you received the tracking number, sometimes it hasn't shown up any status on the tracker yet, it will need 1-2 days especially when we submit your package on weekends or holidays.
