Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to worldwide. Shipping time and cost vary by location. Flat rate shipping and Express options are available at checkout.
What if I’m not sure about the exact specifications?
No problem! Contact us with photos of your watch and clasp, and our team will help you confirm all the details before we start production
Can I reuse my original clasp or buckle?
Yes. Let us know the type of clasp you have (folding, tang, deployant, etc.), and we’ll design the watch strap accordingly. (Exclude Steel Bracelet)
Can I see the watch strap before it ships?
Yes. Contact us if you need. We can send photos of your finished strap for confirmation before shipping, so you know exactly what you’ll receive.
What if I want to make changes after placing the order?
If your watch strap is not yet in production, we can usually accommodate changes. (Stitching color and lining color can be changed after production). Please contact us as soon as possible.
