Therefore, the custom strap non-quality issues can not be returned or exchanged.
Warm tips: custom made watch bands can not modify the order information after made, non-quality issues can not be returned, such as the size provided by the customer is wrong, the damage caused by the customer to bear their own. Please be sure to confirm the size and put the ruler in the corresponding 1,2,3a,3b position photos to customer service for confirmation before customization.
Leather material, leather color, stitching color, oil edge, lug size, length all can be personalized.
- Watch and buckle picture: please provide accurate and detailed dimensions and measurement photos of your watch and buckle;
- Watchband with plastic or metal adapter customization, please contact us with measurements and photos, confirm with us availability of the adapter. If we have the adapter, we can make it for you. If we do not have the adapter, you would need to ship your old watch band to us to make it for you.
- Size: Due to the elasticity of the watchband leather and raw material, custom made watch bands width and thickness size error ± 3mm, length size error ± 3mm, which is a normal error
- NO buckle included for our leather watch straps, customers need to use the original buckle. If you need another buckle please confirm in advance and customer service and pay for the corresponding price difference.(You can add deployment clasp or pin buckle to your order together with your watch band, we will make it fit the strap you ordered)
- Leather color: Drwatchstrap has more than a hundred kinds of leather color for you to choose. Due to the different light when the photo is taken, different settings of the computer monitor and different batches of leather color will have a little color difference, so when customizing only need to confirm the color belongs to the color family (such as brown. Black. Red, etc.), the picture is for reference only, the color in kind shall prevail. We will do our best to reduce the color difference when providing you with pictures, but the color difference is not considered a quality issue, please be careful with the color requirements of too demanding pro.
