Thank you for choosing Drwatchstrap for your luxury watch strap customization needs. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. Below are the terms and conditions for our return and refund policy:
Order Modifications
- Before Production: If you need to change the color, material, or stitching of your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- After Production Has Started: It may not be possible to change the color or material once production has begun. However, stitching color and lining color can still be modified even after production has started. (Certain models stitching color can not be modified, eg. Strap for Cartier Santos 100)
Production Time
- Standard Custom Straps: Flat-end custom leather watch straps typically take 1-2 weeks to produce.
- Straps with Metal Adapters: These may require an additional week for production. (What is watch strap adapter)
- Bulk orders: Wholesale watch bands 50 pcs or more, take 30+ days
- We strive to ship your order as soon as possible and will keep you updated on the progress.
Return and Refund Conditions
- Product Mismatch Due to Our Error: If the product does not match your order specifications due to an error on our part, you are eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.
- Quality Issues: If there is a quality issue with the product, you are eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.
- Unused Condition: To be eligible for a return or refund, the leather watch strap must not show any signs of wear.
Non-Returnable Conditions
- Incorrect Measurements Provided by Customer: If the product does not fit your watch, buckle, or wrist due to incorrect lug size or length provided by you, we cannot offer a return or refund. You will need to pay for a new customization. We can provide discount price for a new one.
- Customer Dissatisfaction with Specified Choices: If you are dissatisfied with the color, material, or stitching you specified, we cannot offer a return or refund.
Important Notes
- Avoid Installing the Buckle Immediately: Please do not install the buckle onto the leather watch strap until you have confirmed the watch band fits your watch correctly.
- The precision of our watch bands is crucial. Even a 1mm discrepancy can result in an improper fit. This is why we repeatedly confirm the watch, buckle, lug size, length, and wrist size with you. How to measure watch lug width?
- For any issues or concerns, please contact our customer service team promptly. We are committed to assisting you in customizing a strap that fits perfectly.
